The farmhouse is set in unlit countryside. We have lighting in the car park and conservatory entrance.
The house driveway is set off the Haverfordwest to Cardigan road – tarmac all the way down the driveway – turning right for the last 30 metres through pillars on to the tarmac parking area.
Cars can be driven within 23 metres of the front door – gradual sloping ground.
The entrance to the house is through a double door – both opening, slight step on entering the conservatory. The entrance hall has a non slip mat on a tiled floor.
The breakfast/dining room is set on the ground floor through the sitting room which is also set on the ground floor.
All guest bedrooms are on the first floor in the main house. The steps are normal rises, one flight totalling 6 steps, then a platform and another flight totalling 6 steps, all the stairs are carpeted,
All bedrooms are carpeted. There are plugs in the room set at ground and waist height for easy access to kettles, hairdryers etc. All TV’s are remote controlled. The four bedrooms – double and twin bedded have en suite shower and bathrooms. The en suite rooms are tiled – shower/bath mats are provided. Our rooms have very good lighting and have excellent natural light. Non feather pillows only. We use sheets and blankets, duvets are available on request.
The annexe garden room is accessed by a 9’’ step on to a lobby, leading to a twin/double en suite bathroom. The entrance door to the porch is 80 cm wide, the door from the entrance porch being the same width.
The house is not suitable for wheelchair users.
