known in early times as "Gwlad Hud A Lledrith"is a place of immense beauty and character. Whatever you are
looki
ng for, you’ll
find it in Pembrokeshire, from family attractions,
such as the nearby Scolton
Manor Country Park, and the popular theme park of Oakwood, to Arts & Crafts, and
adventure sports, its all here. The stunning
rugged coastline of Pembrokeshire boasts fantastic
views, as well as over 60 beaches, with over half of these being award winners.
From sweeping, golden sandy beaches to small sheltered coves,
Pembrokeshire
has it all! In stark contrast to these beaches there are the windswept
and mysterious Preseli Hills with their numerous valleys, ancient and luscious
woodlands full of wildlife.

Historical importance abounds in this part of Wales, with a wealth of historic houses, gardens, castles and ruins, dating back many centuries. The Pentre Ifan Cromlech burial chamber near the town of Newport, holds major historical and cultural importance as it was made from the same local Preseli 'Bluestones' which the famous stone circle of Stonehenge was constructed from many millennia ago.
